Axiom Forge ("we", "us") provides strategic intelligence on a strictly confidential, by-invitation basis. This policy describes how we collect and protect information submitted through our inquiry channels and engagements.
We collect only what you provide directly: name, email, organization, driver or topic of interest, and the contents of your message. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
Information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate mutual fit, and deliver any engagement you commission. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing.
All correspondence is treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request and are signed by default for any active engagement. Sensitive material is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled infrastructure.
Inquiry records are retained for the duration required to evaluate and, if applicable, deliver the engagement, plus a reasonable archival period for legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
