Reports, dossiers, and briefings represent independent strategic analysis. They are informational, do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice, and do not guarantee any commercial outcome.
All content, methodology, and deliverables are the property of Axiom Forge. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use deliverables internally. Redistribution, resale, or publication requires prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep the engagement, its contents, and any exchanged information confidential. Formal NDAs are available on request.
Fees are quoted per engagement and payable in accordance with the invoice terms. Unless stated otherwise, deliverables are released upon receipt of payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Forge's aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
